About Event

As part of our industry engagement drive and in line with our vision to brand Sri Lanka as the next IT startup hub, SLASSCOM brings to you 4iR Hackathon. The event calls all digital disruptors to use the power of modern technologies such as AI/ML, Blockchain and AR/VR/MR, RPA and present the next big idea that will change the way we experience life! This  ‘First in Sri Lanka’ event allows both University undergraduates and industry professionals to ideate, prototype and present solutions to a panel of industry leaders and investors.

The event is expected to attract over 100 participants from University students, startups and industry professionals from across the country. This will be an ideal opportunity for potential investors looking to witness ground breaking ideas.

Objectives of the event

  • To facilitate startups to embrace the 4th Industrial Revolution

Your idea must be original and should not violate any Intellectual Property or copyright laws.

You can participate individually or in a team of maximum 5 members.

Bring your own devices with pre-install required software.

Kindly ensure that you are in good health to carryout 24 hours of continuous work.

Prepare to present your solution to a panel of judges consisting of technologists and potential investors at the end of the hackathon.
